Exciting Expansion Plans for Internet Advertising Agency

LONDON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2007 -- Clash-Media, a specialist in online custom lead generation, interactive marketing and affiliate programs, is today announcing a number of significant company developments, including its exciting plans for worldwide expansion.

In line with its expansion plans, Clash-Media has appointed Steve Umberger, founder of Value Click, to its board of directors. Steve joins Clash-Media as both an investor and board director with the remit of helping to shape and support future growth plans. He brings with him a wealth of experience following his success at Value Click, the largest operator in the affiliate marketing arena. Commenting on his appointment, Umberger said; "Online direct marketing currently accounts for only one percent of total direct marketing spend, but online is set to grow to 30 percent of total direct marketing spend over the next three years. Clash-Media is ideally positioned to help companies capitalise on this lucrative market."

Despite only launching in June 2006 -- these latest announcements reflect the company's fast growth rate. The London-based company, successfully launched in the US in December 2006, with plans to open a wholly owned New York office in May 2007. Already, Clash-Media has been successful in winning over 50 new US campaigns and has a base of over 2,000 affiliates across its US network.

This year Clash-Media will also develop a presence in Australia, Scandinavia and Ireland, countries where, despite the infancy of its nature, the market for online lead generation is still strong. The advantage of Clash-Media's offering is that it can be administered and developed from the UK and easily exported to any country by simply changing the language at the front end. This offers advertisers worldwide the opportunity to benefit from high volume and good quality targeted leads. These rapid expansion plans highlight the significant success the company has achieved in such a short space of time.

Testament to this success, Clash-Media's unique affiliate data network for generating effective online leads has already attracted a range of well-known customers including Reader's Digest, Butlins, T-Mobile, MBNA, Whiskers, Axa and Anglian. These companies are able to deliver targeted online advertising campaigns through Clash-Media's lead-generation network. By inviting consumers to become 'Clash-club members' Clash-Media is able to market third-party offers for companies direct to its base of 350,000 opt-in users. The number of members is increasing rapidly, with up to 70,000 new members joining each month.

Adding to their growing product portfolio Clash-Media has also launched a new service, single-offer landing pages, whereby website owners and developers can become affiliates of its network and even those who don't have data collection capabilities will be able to run campaigns.
