Claudia Simone, R.N. Joins Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services in San Ramon

SAN RAMON, CA--(Marketwire - May 19, 2010) -  Visiting Angels announced the addition of Claudia Simone, R.N. as care manager to its care team in San Ramon, Calif. Simone will oversee complex case management and share client assessment responsibilities with the organization's branch manager. In addition, Simone will be actively involved in the development of Visiting Angels' care plans to meet the needs of all of its clientele.

Simone brings with her over 36 years of nursing experience. Prior to joining Visiting Angels, she was a director of health services for assisted living communities in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. She was also the clinic director for Axis Community Health in Alameda County, a nurse manager for Bayspring Women's Medical Group in San Francisco, and she worked in a nephrology practice in Florida. Simone has also trained in Title 22 Regulations Division 6 of the Department of Social Services pertaining to retirement communities for the elderly.

Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services is part of a national organization, with regional offices serving Contra Costa, Alameda, Marin, San Francisco and San Joaquin counties.
