Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. Provides Update on Filings

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - September 01, 2015) - Clean Coal Technologies, Inc., (OTC PINK: CCTC) ("CCTI" or the "Company"), an emerging cleaner-energy company utilizing patented technology to convert raw coal into a cleaner burning and more efficient fuel, today announced that they are working with their auditors to have the company fully current within the next fifteen business days.

Management apologises for the late filings which are not due to any material issues and purely due to a miscalculation of what was needed from the company side in light of the re-valuation of the plant, the buyback of the notes and the move to commercialisation. Management fully appreciates the critical necessity in being current on our filings especially at this watershed and exciting time in our company and has already taken the necessary steps to assure this does not re-occur by hiring external accountants to take over the full responibilities for all our filings going forward. "The company has prided itself on our excellent record in our filings and assures our investors and shareholders that it will not happen again," said Robin Eves, CEO and President of CCTI.
