Clean Power Concepts Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Canadian Medical Marihuana (MMPR) Applicant

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - Feb 3, 2015) - Clean Power Concepts Inc. a Wyoming domiciled company (OTC PINK: CPOW) today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire and merge Clean Power Concepts Inc. with Canruderal Inc. an Alberta based MMPR (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (SOR/2013-119)) applicant. "Canruderal has a Health Canada application number and very strong application submitted in September 2014." Said Shenher. "We are very excited about this new direction for CPOW which is very much in keeping with our roots as a value added agricultural processor and manufacturer of nutracuetical and biopharmaceutical essential oil products" said Shenher. The emergence of a legal marihuana industry in North America is worth "tens of billions of dollars," said Mr. Ethan Nadelmann, head of the US based Drug Policy Alliance, reiterating that "if somebody asks me what's going to be the next country to legalize marijuana (sic), my bet is Canada."
