ClearCube Delivers Powerful PC Blade Solution That Delivers Exceptional User Experience From the Data Center to the Desktop Without a Distance Barrier

Company's I9440 Thin Client, A1410 PC Blade and Sentral™ v5.8 Management Software Fulfills Strategic Needs for Financial Services and Command and Control Customers

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - SIFMA Technology & Management Conference (Booth 1829) -- ClearCube Technology, the market leader in centralized computing solutions, today announced the general availability of a quad-monitor PC blade solution that delivers high-performance graphics and full peripheral support from PC resources centralized in the data center. This groundbreaking technology eliminates all distance and performance barriers associated with centralized desktop computing, delivering the most powerful PC blade solution on the market to date. The integrated solution, which includes the I9440 thin client, the A1410 PC blade and ClearCube's Sentral™ v5.8 management software, is already being deployed in command-and-control, financial services and other mission-critical environments requiring powerful centralized PC resources that deliver the highest level of security, availability and manageability available on the market today.

ClearCube is demonstrating the new solution in booth 1829 at the SIFMA (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association) Technology & Management Conference, which is being held June 10-12 at the Hilton New York. A significant number of financial services customers have deployed ClearCube's technology on the trading floor, where users benefit from high-performance graphics and near-zero downtime, and IT managers benefit from ease of management by centralizing the PC resources.

"As the pioneer in centralized PC computing and PC blade solutions, we are consistently ahead of the curve in providing a solution that meets the complex and demanding needs of our customer base," said Randy Printz, president and CEO of ClearCube. "ClearCube has a long track record with financial services companies. The applications of a PC blade solution that can place the PC resources at a great distance from the end-users are significant, as is the case with many of our customers."

ClearCube's new PC blade solution provides a flexible approach that assists with a number of strategic IT initiatives. For example, ClearCube's solutions are ideal for disaster recovery, as PC resources can be located far from the trading floor and employees can easily switch to a new location, connecting to the same resources when necessary. The traditional distance barrier associated with PC blade computing has been shattered with breakthrough PC-over-IP® technology from Teradici Corporation.

"ClearCube continues to bring innovative centralized computing technologies to market," said Dan Cordingley, president and CEO of Teradici Corporation. "Teradici worked closely with ClearCube to develop a robust, reliable PC-over-IP solution that not only meets customer demands for exceptional computing experience but also provides enhanced security and improved IT management efficiency."

The I9440 thin client offers the only quad-monitor, full desktop PC experience via a single IP connection to a centralized PC blade. With support for up to four DVI monitors with resolutions of up to 1920x1200, users experience stunning graphics within a very powerful computing environment. Robust USB peripheral support and high definition audio provide flexibility and features suitable for the most demanding applications.

These high-performance solutions are hosted on the A1410 PC blade. The A1410 combines a quad-core Intel processor with NVidia Quadro 4 graphics capabilities, and up to 4GB of memory. The onboard PC-over-IP support provides a single IP connection to the user desktop with absolutely no CPU or memory loading.

The new ClearCube solution also features the latest version of the company's centralized computing management software, Sentral v5.8. Powered by OEM partner VDIworks™, Sentral v5.8 offers a new graphical user interface, support for the new I9440 thin client, integration with Xen and Microsoft® Hyper-V hypervisors as well as a variety of other enhancements providing even greater scalability and reliability to enterprise-class environments.
