Clearleap Expands Executive Team

TV Infrastructure Technology Company Adds VPs of Business Development, Products & Services, and Sales

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - October 14, 2008) - Clearleap, a provider of television infrastructure technology, has added three new members to its executive staff: Adrienne Steinberg, vice president of business development; Rick Young, vice president of products and services; and Gabriel Berger, vice president of sales. Each has extensive media technology experience.

Ms. Steinberg previously served as VP of strategic partnerships for AOL and was responsible for the company's relationships with leading consumer electronic and technology companies including HP, Samsung, Sony, Apple, Adobe and Microsoft. Prior to AOL, Ms. Steinberg worked in corporate finance and M&A, specializing in online start-up financial services. She holds a BS in finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Young joins Clearleap after five years with Pathfire, a digital content distribution and management provider. In his position as VP of product management, he was responsible for leading the design and implementation of Pathfire's high value news, entertainment and advertising solutions. Previously, he led the operations and technology agenda for ABC NewsOne, ABC's affiliate news service and worked at the Associated Press as a key member of the initial team responsible for developing and deploying the AP's highly successful newsroom computer system product line. Mr. Young earned a BA in Broadcast/Cable, from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Berger was previously vice president, sales for Navic Networks, a premier ITV and advanced advertising solutions company. As part of the management team, Mr. Berger played a key role in Navic's recent acquisition by Microsoft and worked extensively with numerous MSOs, serving as the primary liaison to Comcast during their launch of Navic's various ITV, VOD and enhanced television products. At Gotuit Media Corp, he held the position of VP, business development and was responsible for selling and distributing Gotuit's technology and programming to major MSOs including Comcast, Time-Warner, and Cox, among many others. Mr. Berger also held senior level sales positions at Open TV Inc. and The Box Music Network, a division of MTV Networks. He attended American University's School of International Service in Washington DC.
