Cleveland Airport Hotel's AMP 150 Welcomes Two New Chefs in Time for Thanksgiving Feast

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwired - Nov 24, 2015) - Let the team at AMP 150, featuring two new chefs, orchestrate your Thanksgiving feast this year. Specializing in locally sourced cuisine, Cleveland area AMP 150 will be hosting a Thanksgiving Day lunch buffet, including traditional favorites prepared with the fresh innovation the restaurant is known for.

Daniel Hawrylak is taking over as the Executive Chef of AMP 150. With a culinary degree from Hocking College, Hawrylak was previously employed as a sous chef at fellow Dean James Max restaurant Latitude 41 in Columbus, OH. "I have always had a true passion for the culinary profession," said Hawrylak. "I consider myself lucky to be doing something that I love as a career."

The second addition at AMP 150 is Johnson and Wales educated James Kirkland. Joining the restaurant industry at 14, Kirkland rose to the rank of sous chef by the age of 21. Before relocating to Cleveland, Kirkland previously showcased his butchering skills at Cypress restaurant in Charleston, S.C. Kirkland specializes in South Asian, Italian and Southern cuisines.

The AMP 150 Thanksgiving Day Buffet will be served from 12-3 p.m. on Nov. 26. Menu items include chop salad, oven roasted turkey, bourbon-glazed pork loin, ricotta gnocchi and a variety of pies.
