Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. Signs Agreement to Sell Harvester

Cloud Centric Systems Signs Lucrative Agreement to Sell Citrix Server Management Tools From Centralis

LONDON--(Marketwire - December 23, 2010) -  Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CLDR) announces today it has signed an agreement with the developers of the Citrix Server Farm Management Tool, "Harvester", for distribution throughout the USA.

Centralis Ltd, the Software Developer behind the Harvester Product set, has been working with Citrix for over a decade and has developed a specific product that manages and reports on a corporate's Citrix farm. The average corporation using the Harvester product has around 200 Citrix servers and the cost to the end user is around $150 per server for the license.

"Users of Citrix are a great fit for our business and a fantastic opportunity to cross sell both from our existing customer base to Harvester and vice versa because they are already used to the Cloud concepts. We signed only a few days ago and already we have closed two deals in December. Given we have just started working with Centralis, I would expect this to turn into some serious revenue throughout 2011," stated Paul Preston, Business Development Director at Cloud Centric Systems, Inc.

"Based on the two deals we have already closed in December with Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital and Stony Brook University, I would say that we should be looking to be turning this into a $150,000 part of our business plan. We have already built a substantial pipeline of business based on only four weeks activity," continued Paul Preston.

The CEO, David Lovatt, also commented, "The sales push that Paul has achieved over the past quarter is impressive and we are looking to double our reported revenue figure come January. Moreover, this coupled with the Cap Structure changes we have implemented, I see good signs for a strong share price recovery over the coming days and weeks. I also would like to confirm that, certainly for Q1 2011, I will not be executing a reverse split in the share structure. We will look again in March, but as long as the recovery continues to be strong, we will announce then a continuation of this position. We do not see the need for a reverse right now."
