Cloud Customer Success Veteran Joins Adaptive Insights to Deepen Company's Commitment to Its Customers

Karen Pisha Steps Into New Role as SVP of Customer Success to Enhance Adaptive's #1 Customer Experience

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 15, 2014) - Adaptive Insights, the worldwide leader in cloud corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence (BI) for the biggest brands and the hottest companies, announced Karen Pisha as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and the newest member of its Executive team. A SaaS industry expert, Pisha brings with her a wealth of experience with large, successful customer engagements during her time at companies such as ServiceMax, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Eloqua and most recently, Oracle. Throughout her tenured career, Pisha has contributed to growing and leading many of these high-growth companies through successful IPO and acquisition activities. She's done this by exploring new models for building long-standing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and improving customers' time to value.

"Customer commitment is built into the DNA of our company, and Karen's mission is to further solidify the success that all of our customers expect from Adaptive," said Keith Nealon, President and Chief Revenue Officer of Adaptive. "With Karen's leadership, the best customer experience team in the business, and the most passionate customer base in the industry, we have all of the critical ingredients for sustainable market leadership."

In her new role, Pisha will lead Adaptive's Professional Services, Customer Success, Education and Support teams, working in conjunction with worldwide sales and partners to develop and expand business success for the company's 2300+ customers in 85 countries.

"Given Adaptive consistently achieves #1 customer satisfaction and experience ratings, it's no surprise to me that this is a company maniacally focused on its customers' success," commented Pisha. "I'm motivated by the opportunity to lead such a talented team, to engage with our customer base, and to raise the bar even higher for Adaptive in delivering to our clients an unprecedented experience."

Prior to Adaptive, Pisha was with Oracle/Eloqua for four years. She joined Oracle via its acquisition of Eloqua, a leader in Cloud Marketing Automation, which had gone public in 2012. As SVP of Global Account Services at Oracle/Eloqua, Pisha ran a 265 person team across various functions including Account Management, Customer Success and Support, Professional Services and Education. During this time she helped grow the business more than 3x in revenues over four years and dramatically expanded sales to the existing customer installed base.

Prior to Oracle, Pisha served as Global VP of Professional Services for SuccessFactors, where she expanded the services team to over 150 strong and helped the company grow revenues by over 5x in four years, followed by a successful IPO. In addition to these accomplishments, she has also served in key roles at ServiceMax and PeopleSoft, among others.
