Cloud Elements Unveils First Uniform API to CRM and Marketing Automation Apps

Enables App Developers to Integrate Rapidly Using a One-to-Many API Approach


DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Dec 10, 2014) - Today, Cloud Elements released a uniform API integration service that enables developers to quickly build a single integration to CRM and Marketing Automation services. The Cloud Elements CRM Hub and Marketing Hub enable developers to use one API service to create cooperative application experiences with leading CRM and Marketing services for a fraction of the time and cost.

The Cloud Elements CRM Hub integrates Salesforce, SugarCRM and Zoho CRM. Additional services will be added to the Hub over the next few months, including support for Autotask CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and NetSuite CRM. The Cloud Elements Marketing Hub provides integration to leading marketing automation services, including HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Act-On. Future services will include Pardot, MailChimp, and Constant Contact. Common data objects such as "Contacts" can flow seamlessly between any service endpoint making it easy to move data among CRM and Marketing services and other applications.
