Cloud Sherpas Completes 1,000th ServiceNow Service Automation Implementation

Success Leads Cloud Sherpas to Invest $12 Million in Its ServiceNow Business Unit, Now the Fastest-Growing Division Inside the World's Largest Cloud Services Firm

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Apr 30, 2014) - Cloud Sherpas has reached major milestones in both the number of ServiceNow® (NYSE: NOW) customers it's deployed (450) and total ServiceNow projects (1,000). The numbers reflect intensifying international demand for cloud-based IT service automation software among enterprise organizations, which account for the majority of Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow customer portfolio. Cloud Sherpas is responding by extending its commitment to ServiceNow customers. Over the next two years, the firm will invest approximately $12 million to help companies buy and implement more ServiceNow capabilities.

Cloud Sherpas entered the ServiceNow market in 2013 via its acquisition of Navigis, a ServiceNow enterprise partner since 2007. Since then the firm has more than doubled the size of its ServiceNow team and plans to double the business again by the end of the year. Cloud Sherpas recently became a ServiceNow Master Solutions Partner and claims over 170 ITSM and ITIL certifications to date. Its flagship ServiceNow customers include Sephora, Einstein Noah, Lafarge, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Shaw Industries. The firm grew ServiceNow bookings 200% in Q1 2014 and is on pace to increase revenue by 150% year-over-year for the quarter.

Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow customer success extends to every industry and over a dozen countries. Education, legal and federal have been among the most aggressive adopters, combining for one-quarter of all Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow deployments. Australia and Asia-Pacific will prove to be an immense opportunity for ServiceNow implementations outside the United States.

Denovo, a full service application and technology consulting firm, recently deployed ServiceNow with help from Cloud Sherpas.
