Cloud Sherpas Launches Security and Legal Services Apps for ServiceNow Customers

Security App Augments ServiceNow Incident Monitoring Capabilities, While the Legal Services App Improves Process Efficiency to Reduce Costs

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - April 21, 2015) - KNOWLEDGE15 -- Cloud Sherpas has launched two applications for companies running ServiceNow, the popular service management system. The apps, Security Incident and Legal Services, were built on the ServiceNow platform and are available now, along with the launch of the ServiceNow Store. These are some of the first security and legal apps in the ServiceNow store and are the first of a number of apps that Cloud Sherpas plans to release this year.

Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow practice is the firm's fastest-growing business unit. Since its inception in 2013, the ServiceNow business unit has completed nearly 3,000 projects in more than a dozen countries. With staff members around the globe, Cloud Sherpas staff members hold over 200 ServiceNow and IT Service Management certifications, and is a ServiceNow Master Solutions Partner, the highest level in the ServiceNow Solution's Partner program.

The Cloud Sherpas Security Incident and Legal Services apps were developed in response to widespread customer demand. Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow clients in the US and APAC in particular were inquiring about more sophisticated security monitoring tools. Likewise, legal departments and law firms within Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow client base wanted a better event prioritization and request processing solution, and library management. Cloud Sherpas estimates both apps will be widely used by the firm's ServiceNow clients.
