Cloudbreak Intercepts Copper & Molybdenum at Derekoy Porphyry Project & Copper, Gold & Molybdenum at the Ikiztepe Hill Porphyry-Skarn Project in Northwest Turkey

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 14, 2007) - Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture:CDB)(PINK SHEETS:CUDBF)(FRANKFURT:C6K) is pleased to announce the results from its ongoing drill program on the Derekoy Cu-Mo porphyry and Ikiztepe Hill Cu-Au-Mo skarn and porphyry projects within its Ikiztepe-Sarp licenses in Northwest Turkey.

Derekoy Cu-Mo Porphyry

The results from the second diamond drill hole DD-002 on the Derekoy Cu-Mo Porphyry project returned 140.5m at 0.42% Cu and 90 ppm Mo including 18m at 0.86% Cu and 100ppm Mo.

DD-002 was drilled vertically

Cu-mineralized intervals are calculated using a lower cut-off of
0.2 % Cu, and no top cut and include a maximum of 2m internal waste.

- The Derekoy results from DD-002 confirm the previous National Turkish Geological Survey (MTA) drill hole DS3 with an average increase of approximately 10%.

A ground magnetic survey has been completed and an IP survey is due to commence in the next few days. Results from the first diamond drill hole DD-001 through DD-006 are pending.

Ikiztepe Hill Cu, Au, Mo, Ag Skarn

The initial phase of drilling of four vertical reverse circulation holes totaling 367.5m to test the extension of the skarn zone has been completed. All four holes intersected significant mineralization including 8m at 0.89% Cu, 0.77g/t Au in hole IRC009 and 1.3% Cu, 0.35g/t Au.

This is the third of six known Cu-Au-Mo skarn drill targets at the Ikiztepe-Hill target occurring within an area of approximately 3 km by 0.5 km. Other drilled targets were previously announced in July and September 2006. A ground magnetic survey has been completed and an IP survey is underway to define the skarn zone and the related Cu porphyry. Ikiztepe-Hill comprises several Cu-Mo-Au mineralized skarn and porphyry style occurrences (including East Camp and Sogukpinar drilled and reported in 2006).

Blair Naughty, President of Cloudbreak says "The results from both the Derekoy and Ikiztepe-Hill projects within our license area are more than encouraging and we are looking forward to further results in the coming weeks. At Ikiztepe we have further extended the mineralization and await the results of the geophysical surveys before commencing the next phase of drilling which will include holes targeted at the Cu porphyry."

Samples were prepared at the ALS Chemex facility at Izmir, Turkey for pulp preparation and are then shipped to the ALS Chemex assay laboratory in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for assaying. Assaying was by 30g fire assay with AA finish for Au and 34 elements by aqua regia digestion and ICPES for Cu, Mo, Ag and other base metals. ALS Chemex has ISO 9001:2000 certification in North America.
