CloudPhysics Preempts Disruptions in vSphere Environments With New Release of Its Award-Winning Analytics Solution

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 31, 2015) - VMware's VMworld 2015 -- Moscone Booth #2346 -- CloudPhysics, provider of data-driven insights for smarter IT, today launched a new release of its SaaS offering, significantly expanding its analytics solution so that VMware users can preempt and eliminate operational hazards that threaten to disrupt IT operations and applications.

In today's world of software-defined datacenters, infrastructure is increasingly complex, and change is constant. The potential for change-related risk to applications is greater than ever before. IT administrators lack the ability -- and time -- to study all the known or unknown configuration issues in their vSphere infrastructure. They struggle to understand whether changes -- intended or accidental -- result in performance disruptions and availability issues waiting to ignite. Further, when things go wrong, there is an inability to replay the changes over time to correlate events or trends that caused the current problem.   • 20+ new analytics for managing health and preempting hazards, available in our extensive library of "cards."

All new features are included in CloudPhysics Premium Edition for vSphere, available on an annual subscription basis. All features are now available except exploration mode, which is currently in limited release and will be generally available later this year.
