ClubCorp Announces New Wine Club Program and Unique Marketing Opportunity for Wineries

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 18, 2006 -- ClubCorp, the world leader in delivering premier golf, private club, and resort experiences, announced today that it is creating wine clubs within each of its properties -- a unique, new marketing opportunity that will involve a select group of wineries.

The initial wine club launch will include 16 properties with plans for an eventual rollout to approximately 100 clubs located in states where direct wine shipments are legal. Wine club members will enjoy exclusive winemaker dinners, wine-tasting parties, access to highly rated and hard-to-find wines, as well as wine-travel opportunities. A small number of prestigious wine labels will be offered, some in extremely limited quantities.
