ClubLink Acquires Woodlands Country Club in Tamarac, Florida

KING CITY, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 21, 2011) -ClubLink (TSX:CLK) announced today that it has acquired the 36-hole Woodlands Country Club in Tamarac, Florida, from its equity members for approximately US $5 million. In addition, each equity member receives a ClubLink Gold-level membership entitling them to reciprocal access throughout the ClubLink family.

Woodlands Country Club, 20 kilometres (12 miles) northwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale, was founded in 1969. The full-service country club features a striking and recently renovated clubhouse overlooking two 18-hole golf courses designed by Robert Van Hagge and Bruce Devlin, a practice facility, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Today's announcement follows ClubLink's acquisition in October 2010 of Heron Bay Golf Club in Coral Springs, 20 minutes from Woodlands Country Club, and six courses in Sun City Center, south of Tampa, in September 2010.

"The acquisition of Woodlands Country Club further solidifies southeast Florida for us," said ClubLink President and CEO Rai Sahi. "ClubLink members now have convenient reciprocal play opportunities in two major centres in South Florida."

"ClubLink has a well-earned reputation for customer service and operational expertise that is the envy of the golf industry," said Larry Torn, President of Woodlands Country Club. "We were very confident in making this decision that ClubLink would not only maintain, but enhance, the strong traditions and vitality of Woodlands."

ClubLink now owns and operates eight 18-hole equivalent championship courses and two 18-hole equivalent academy courses at eight locations in Florida. ClubLink's TravelLink program offers three levels that allow ClubLink members inter-regional access. The first level provides all members inter-regional access to all clubhouses and courses at preferred pricing on guest fees. Levels 2 and 3 are optional and provide members with greater inter-regional access for fixed annual fees.
