ClubLink to Construct Greg Norman Signature Designed Golf Course, Adjacent to Empire Communities' Estates of Wyndance in Uxbridge, Ontario

KING CITY, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - July 14, 2005) - ClubLink Corporation ("ClubLink") (TSX:LNK) is pleased to announce that Greg Norman Golf Course Design, Empire Communities, the developers of The Estates of Wyndance, and ClubLink Corporation ("ClubLink") have entered into an agreement whereby ClubLink will acquire the Greg Norman signature designed 27 hole Wyndance Golf Club, ("Wyndance").

Wyndance, a ClubLink Platinum level member golf club, scheduled to begin construction in Fall 2005, will consist of a 7,200 yard 18-hole Greg Norman signature course, a 9-hole academy course, extensive practice facilities and an approximately 21,000 square foot clubhouse including cart storage. Wyndance is scheduled to open for play in Summer 2007. Sculpted with the eye of an artist and the precision of a surgeon, Wyndance bears the signature of its creator, world-class golfer and course designer Greg Norman. True to his signature least-disturbance approach, preserving the original features of each environment, Wyndance will be meticulously shaped to take advantage of the existing trees, terrain, and faces of the sand and gravel pit that preceded it. The result will be a masterstroke of landscape artistry on the 365-acre property.

Minutes from ClubLink's Emerald Hills, Station Creek and Cherry Downs Golf Clubs, Wyndance is set in the rolling hills of rural Uxbridge, a short drive north from Highway 407. Memberships will be accepted immediately with new members having the option of playing within the ClubLink system for the remainder of 2005 and 2006.

Norman added: "This type of project is very hard to find these days. There will be only a few homes and they will not be visible from the golf course. The course routing and property allows for a golf course that will take advantage of the existing trees, natural terrain, and dynamic faces and slopes from an old sand and gravel pit. Having won two Canadian Open Championships at Glen Abbey, I feel a special bond with the people of Toronto. I look forward to visiting the Wyndance site for the commencement of construction this fall".

During his 30-year professional career, Greg Norman has amassed a total of 90 international victories, including two British Open Championships and 20 U.S. PGA Tour titles. Norman exhibits the same drive and determination in his golf design business that made him the No.1 player in the world for 331 weeks.

First established in 1987 in Sydney, Australia, Greg Norman Golf Course Design is today recognized as one of the premier signature golf course design firms. Now headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, with sister facilities and personnel in Sydney, GNGCD has opened 47 courses for play worldwide, with an additional 20 projects in various stages of development. The Estates of Wyndance is an exclusive 125 estate home, residential community of large gracious lots, currently under development north east of Toronto in the Township of Uxbridge. Land is currently being cleared, model homes are being constructed and the sales office is open at the site (Brock Rd, just south of Hwy 47).
