ClubLink Enterprises Limited Begins Trading on the TSX as "TWC" on June 25, 2014


KING CITY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 23, 2014) - Effective May 16, 2014 ClubLink Enterprises Limited changed its name to TWC Enterprises Limited (TSX:CLK) ("TWC") as the result of a special resolution to change the name passed at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on May 15, 2014. The corporate name was changed as future investments may not be limited to the golf industry.

The TSX has now approved the necessary documentation regarding the change of name and trading will continue in the common shares under the new symbol "TWC" effective the opening of business on Wednesday, June 25, 2014.

The two principal business units of TWC, namely golf club operations and rail, tourism and port operations will continue to operate under their present respective brand names.

TWC is engaged in golf club operations under the trademark, "ClubLink One Membership More Golf." TWC is Canada's largest owner and operator of golf clubs with 55.5 18-hole equivalent championship and six 18-hole equivalent academy courses at 45 locations in Ontario, Quebec and Florida.

TWC is also engaged in rail, tourism and port operations based in Skagway, Alaska, which operate under the trade name "White Pass & Yukon Route." The railway stretches approximately 177 kilometres (110 miles) from Skagway, Alaska, to Whitehorse, Yukon. Presently, approximately 110 kilometres (67.5 miles) of the railway is in active service from Skagway, Alaska, to Carcross, Yukon. In addition, White Pass operates three docks, primarily for cruise ships.
