CMG Holdings Group, Inc. Enters Into Joint Venture With Meredith Video Studios (MVS)

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 24, 2011) - CMG Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CMGO), a full service global marketing, sports, entertainment and management communications company, that operates in the sectors of talent management, event management, commercial rights and digital technology, announced today that Meredith Video Studios -- Meredith Corporation's branded-entertainment division -- has entered into a strategic partnership with CMG Holdings Group, Inc. to create "The Wheel" -- a collection of expert-content vignettes to be sponsored by advertisers and licensed to local television stations.

"The Wheel" will bring CMG clients and other subject matter experts to life through medical financial, fashion and entertainment-themed vignettes to run during local television newscasts and as part of Meredith's Better show. Six themes will be produced and available for licensing: (1) Medical Minute; (2) Road to the London Games; (3) Financial Literacy; (4) Living Like Royalty; (5) Stop Pain Now!; and (6) Legends of Fashion. Meredith Video Studios and CMG Holdings Group will team up to sell sponsorship for the export-content on "The Wheel."
