Partnership Expands AudioEye's Unique Internet Platform Solutions

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - February 3, 2011) -  CMG Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGO) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, AudioEye, Inc., through strategic partnerships, has expanded their reach in the pharmaceutical and health care markets. Joining AudioEye in its "AudioEye Health" initiative are three firms with global experience within the heath care field: Sunvalley Communications, an international medical communications agency, Signature Business Solution, LLC, an international communications services consultancy and Lamb Productions, an international technical and creative media production firm. Collectively, these partners will add extensive and complementary industry experience and clientele.

These relationships strengthen AudioEye's unique Internet platform solutions by integrating a wide scope of communication services, including programming development, strategic counsel, content creation and meeting support management. AudioEye Health partners will cooperatively market and implement programs, working to jointly win businesses and utilizing implementation teams to meet specific customer requirements.
