CMP 2014 Resource Limited Partnership Files Preliminary Prospectus


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 23, 2013) - Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. ("GCICI") is pleased to announce that CMP 2014 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has filed a preliminary prospectus in connection with its offering of limited partnership units. Units of the Partnership ("Units") are being offered, in all provinces and territories in Canada, at a price per Unit of $1,000 with a minimum subscription of 5 Units ($5,000). The Partnership is managed by GCICI.
