CMP 2015 Resource Limited Partnership Files Final Prospectus


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 1, 2015) - Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. ("GCIC") is pleased to announce that CMP 2015 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has filed a final prospectus in connection with its offering of limited partnership units. Units of the Partnership ("Units") are being offered, in all provinces and territories in Canada, at a price per Unit of $1,000 with a minimum subscription of 5 Units ($5,000). The Partnership is managed by GCIC. The initial closing is anticipated to be on or about April 17, 2015.
