CMP 2016 Resource Limited Partnership Raises $5.87 Million on Second and Final Closing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 23, 2016) - Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. ("GCIC") is pleased to announce that CMP 2016 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has completed the second and final closing of its initial public offering of limited partnership units (the "Units"). The Partnership sold 5,868 Units for gross proceeds of approximately $5.87 million in the second and final closing. In aggregate, the Partnership sold 22,310 Units for gross proceeds of $22.31 million. The Partnership is managed by GCIC.
