ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 30, 2015) - CNL Commercial Real Estate continues to expand its presence in major Florida markets by bringing on three senior-level team members, Greg Main-Baillie, Gabriel De Jesus and Andrew Hawkins, to its offices in Boca Raton, Orlando and Jacksonville, respectively.
The announcement follows a year of strategic growth in 2014, during which the multi-city company added 80 team members to deepen its service levels to existing customers and expand its services to new customers within its Southeastern footprint.
In Boca Raton, Greg Main-Baillie joins CNL Commercial Real Estate to lead its project management business across the platform. Previously, Main-Baillie served as the Managing Director of Project Management at CB Richard Ellis, where he oversaw all facets of the project management business across the entire state of Florida.
Andrew Hawkins, a former Partner at Transwestern in New York with 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, will serve as senior vice president in the CNL Commercial Real Estate Jacksonville office. Andrew is partnering with Brad Chrischilles and will be focusing on landlord and tenant advisory services.
Gabriel De Jesus joins the company's Orlando office from the Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC) as a senior associate in brokerage services. Gabe is joining the landlord advisory team as it continues to grow by focusing on customer needs and innovative services.
