CNQ Bulletin: Canadian Trading and Quotation System Inc.-Consolidation of Debentures-Gray Wolf Capital Corp. 'WOFL.D'

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 28, 2005) - Gray Wolf Capital Corp. announced on September 20, 2005 the consolidation of the number of outstanding 7% convertible debentures. The outstanding principal amount will remain unchanged, however the debentures will trade in denominations of $100 rather than $10.

To facilitate the change in denomination, CNQ has adjusted the method of order entry for WOLF.D. Orders for WOLF.D must now be entered with the principal amount for the volume, rather than the number of debentures as previously required. For example:

- An order to sell 30 debentures at 94 must be entered as 3,000 @ 94.00, with a value of $2,820 (excluding interest)

- An order to sell $5,000 principal amount at 94.5 must be entered as 5,000 @ 94.50, with a value of $4,725 (excluding interest)

To maintain the $1,000 principal trading increments, the debentures will trade in lots of 10, rather than 100. The CNQ system will continue to calculate and include the accrued interest for clearing and settlement.

Effective Date: Thursday, September 29, 2005
