CNSC: Revised Notice of Public Hearing

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 21, 2006) - The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) announces a new date for Hearing Day Two on the application by Zircatec Precision Industries Inc. for the renewal of the operating licence for the Port Hope Nuclear Fuel Facility located in Port Hope, Ontario. Hearing Day Two will take place on November 30, 2006 instead of November 29 and 30, 2006, as originally announced. Hearing Day One was held on October 4, 2006 in Ottawa, Ontario.

Hearing Day Two: November 30, 2006

Place: Town Park Recreation Centre, 62 McCaul Street,
Port Hope, Ontario

The public hearing will begin at 8:30 am and follow the order listed in the agenda published prior to the hearing dates. In the event that the Commission has not heard all the interventions on November 30 2006, the hearing will be adjourned to a later date. If applicable, a new notice of public hearing will be published once a date has been determined, indicating the date and place of the hearing.
