CNSI Named "High Technology Firm of the Year" by Tech Council of Maryland/MdBio

Company Cited for Pioneering Efforts in Healthcare IT

ROCKVILLE, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 7, 2007 -- CNSI, a provider of innovative IT business solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced it has been selected as the "2007 High Technology Firm of the Year" by the Tech Council of Maryland (TCM)/MdBio.

The TCM/MdBio Annual Tech Awards recognize the achievements of the most outstanding technology companies in Maryland. The High Technology Firm of the Year award acknowledges the company that best demonstrates leadership and innovation in its industry. To be considered in this category, the nominee must exemplify innovative products and services, strong long-term prospects for business, significant and measurable success, and a crisply executed growth strategy.

"Each year, we recognize the best of the best in technology in our region," said Julie Coons, CEO of TCM/MdBio. "This year we received 72 nominations, a solid indication of the strength of technology in our region. The committee selected CNSI for having demonstrated innovation and a commitment to technical excellence, especially in the healthcare IT market."

"It is an honor to be recognized as this year's High Technology Firm of the Year, and I accept this award on behalf of all CNSI employees. I believe it comes as a result of our employees' ability to challenge themselves and think outside the box, as well as their support of CNSI's philosophy of continuous innovation and improvement," said B. Chatterjee, president of CNSI. "I look forward to sharing this award with all our employees worldwide, who together made this possible. CNSI's greatest asset is truly its people."

This year's awards ceremony was held at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in North Bethesda, Maryland and was attended by over 900 regional business and technology leaders.

Chatterjee continued, "Additionally, I want to thank TCM for this recognition and its continuous support of our region's IT community. This award is particularly special as we are getting honored by our own community."

TCM is Maryland's largest technology trade association that brings its 500 plus members access to technology industry leaders in Maryland, DC and Virginia. TCM has two divisions that provide valuable resources and benefits to help businesses succeed.
