TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 6, 2013) - Pursuant to an Amalgamation Agreement announced on December 12, 2012, Victory Gold Mines Inc. will amalgamate with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northern Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NGM).
The common shares of Victory Gold Mines will be delisted at the market close February 06, 2013.
