CoConnect Announces Agreement with Envivio to Deploy Internet Protocol TV and Video On Demand Services

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 11, 2005 -- CoConnect, Inc. (OTC: CNTI), a developer of ultra high-speed wireless Internet access, VOIP and IPTV/VoD products, is pleased to announce today that it has signed a deal with Envivio, Inc. for the delivery of Envivio's complete MPEG-4 Head End System.

The System includes: 4Caster™ Broadcast 4500 Real-Time MPEG-4 Encoder for Real-Time encoding of video and audio content in to MPEG-4, 4Sight™ PRO MPEG-4 Video Server, a Carrier-class video server for large-scale network deployments, 4Front™ Service Portal (Trial Version), a Scalable EPG and VOD service portal and Support for VOD content delivery including trick play (fast forward and rewind), 4View STB™ Trial MPEG-4 AVC STB Trial Set Top Box supporting MPEG-4 AVC, and EnvivioTV MPEG-4 / H.264 Player, Plug-In to Real Player, Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player for the PC (Windows), Plug-In to QuickTime for MAC OS X (10.2), ActiveX Plug-In.

This complete system will give CoConnect all of the necessary equipment to complete the deployment of IPTV and Video On Demand services.
