CoConnect, Inc. Announces Filings of Form 10-KSB and 10-QSB for the Calendar Years 2003 and 2004

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 6, 2005 -- CoConnect, Inc. (OTC: CNTI), the developer of ultra high-speed wireless Internet access, VOIP and IPTV/VoD products, is pleased to announce that it has filed form 10-KSB for the years ended December 31, 2003 and December 31, 2004. The Company also filed form 10-QSB for the quarters ended March 31, 2003, June 30, 2003, September 30, 2003, March 31, 2004, June 30, 2004 and September 30, 2004. As a result of these filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, CoConnect is currently taking the necessary steps to list on the OTCBB.
