MONTREAL, March 21 - Today, Cogeco Cable launched its digital phone service in Waterdown, Ontario.

Territories and clientele

Like the residents of regions already served in Ontario and Québec, the majority of Waterdown residents will be able to enjoy this attractive offer, starting today, whether or not they already subscribe to a Cogeco Cable
service. Currently, 36% of homes passed in the Corporation's territories have access to digital phone service. Service will continue to be rolled out to most cities in Cogeco Cable's territories by the end of 2006.
