Cogeco Cable Inc. Announces an Internal Leadership Succession at its American Subsidiary, Atlantic Broadband


MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 10, 2014) - Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX:CCA) announced today the appointment of Richard Shea as President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlantic Broadband and David Isenberg as President and Chief Revenue Officer, Atlantic Broadband, effective January 1, 2015.

Edward Holleran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Broadband, has decided to step down from his position effective January 1, 2015. He has agreed to stay on, taking the role of Vice President of Industry Relations on a part-time basis.

Both Richard Shea and David Isenberg have been with Atlantic Broadband since it was founded in 2003. Mr. Shea began his career with Atlantic Broadband as Chief Information Officer and has served as Chief Operating Officer the past two years. Mr. Isenberg started as Senior Director, Products and has been Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer since 2012.
