(TSX:CCA) ("Cogeco") today reports that Mr. Fabio Banducci resigned from his duties as Co-chief Executive Officer of its wholly-owned subsidiary, PEER1 Hosting, to refocus on other opportunities. His resignation takes effect December 18, 2013. Mr. Gary Sherlock, who shared the leadership of Cogeco's subsidiary as Co-chief Executive Officer with Mr. Banducci, will become President and Chief Executive Officer of PEER1 Hosting, effective December 18, 2013.
