Coghead Offers New Pricing Plans for Do-It-Yourself Developers

Pay-as-You-Go Model and New Packages Make It Easier to Build, Test and Run on the Industry's Easiest, Most Complete DIY Application Development Platform

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - March 4, 2008) - Coghead today announced new pricing plans for its do-it-yourself web application development platform. The new pay-as-you-go pricing structure provides more options for users to begin developing applications at little or no cost, and then access premium services as needed. Currently more than 25,000 do-it-yourself developers have registered to use Coghead's web application development service.

Pay as You Go -- Start with a Free Basic Account

A free Basic account lets one developer create and deploy an unlimited number of applications with a flexible limit of 2,000 records and 100 MB of file storage. There is no trial expiration date for the free Basic account.

Coghead has also introduced the unique concept of Guest Users. Guest users can be added to any account for free, and can access all the capabilities of the application for a 10-day trial period. After the trial period, Guest Users can be re-invited, or upgraded to "permanent" Regular Users.

As needed, additional regular users can be added for an affordable $10 per month each. Blocks of 10,000 records can be added for $5 per month each and 1GB blocks of file storage can be added for $10 per month each. These rates are some of the most competitive in the industry and reflect Coghead's commitment to pass along operational savings from Coghead's recent move to Amazon.com's AWS hosting platform.

Four Workgroup Bundles to Meet Every Application Need

To meet the needs of workgroups of all sizes, Coghead has created custom Workgroup bundles offering a pack of Users, Records and File Storage. Each Workgroup bundle features unlimited applications, guest users, branding capabilities and premium support.

--  Multi-User Plus includes two users, 10,000 records and 500 MB of file
    storage for $15 per month.
--  Workgroup Pro includes five users, 25,000 records and 1 GB of file
    storage for $49 per month.
--  Workgroup Premium includes 10 users, 50,000 records and 2 GB of file
    storage for $99 per month.
--  Business Bundle includes 30 users, 100,000 records and 5 GB of file
    storage for $249 per month.
    

For even larger accounts, Coghead also offers volume pricing plans that are available upon request.
