Cogitore Resources Announces Sale of Claims in Lemoine

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 7, 2014) - Cogitore Resources Inc. ("Cogitore") (TSX VENTURE:WOO) announced today that has sold 52 claims covering 836 hectares to BlackRock Metals Inc. ("BlackRock"). The claims were contiguous to BlackRock's iron titanium vanadium project in the Lemoine mining district. These claims were essential to BlackRock for the construction of the rail and power infrastructure necessary for mine development.
