Cogitore Resources Inc. Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 10, 2011) - Cogitore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:WOO) announces that Carmelo Marrelli, CA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Orest Zajcew has resigned as Chief Financial Officer to focus on other activities.

The Company wishes to thank Mr. Zajcew for his years of dedicated service and wishes him well in his future endeavours. Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountant. Mr. Marrelli is currently President of Marrelli Support Services, a bookkeeping firm based in Toronto, Ontario. The Company welcomes Mr. Marrelli to the management team.
