Colabor Income Fund Announces March 2008 Distribution

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 18, 2008) - NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO US NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Colabor Income Fund (TSX:CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8.97 cents per unit for the period from March 1, 2008 to March 31, 2008, to be paid on April 15, 2008 to the Fund's unitholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2008.

Colabor is a wholesaler and distributor of food and non-food products serving the retail (grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) and food-service (cafeterias, restaurants, hotels, restaurant chains, etc.) markets.
