Colette Grand Cafe Launches Two New Dining Experiences

Weekday Salad Bar and Sunday Dinner To Begin January 2015

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 8, 2015) - Colette Grand Café, King West's preferred destination for modern French cuisine, will kick off the New Year with two new dining experiences: a lavish weekday Salad Bar and a buffet-style Sunday Family Feast. The new offerings speak to the success of Colette's Sunday Brunch, a coveted grand buffet that has received numerous accolades from media and guests alike.

Beginning Monday January 12th, 2015, Colette will invite guests to celebrate the New Year with a refreshing weekday lunch. Seasonal salads, house-baked goods, sandwiches, roasted vegetables, seafood, cheese, and charcuterie will be on offer, with a variety of other modern French dishes. In developing the Colette Grand Café Salad Bar, Steven Salm, President of Chase Hospitality Group, and Executive Chef Michael Steh, created an experience that reflects the restaurant's culinary commitment to simplicity and high quality ingredients. "In celebration of the New Year, we're taking a fresh approach to our lunch offerings. Our new Salad Bar is a great compliment to our a la carte menu and we are excited to bring this unique experience to the neighbourhood," said Salm. The Salad Bar will change seasonally, and will be available Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 2 pm.

In addition to the Salad Bar, Colette will begin serving a Sunday Family Feast on January 25th, 2015. Inspired by the tradition of Sunday night Family Dinner, Colette Grand Café will invite guests to savour an evening meal with their loved ones. Dishes will include a variety of signature selections such as whole fish, roast lamb, prime rib, fresh salads, house-made desserts, and fresh bread from the bakery.

The highly anticipated Salad Bar will begin Monday January 12th, 2015, and run from 11:30 am to 2 pm. Colette's first Sunday Family Feast will take place Sunday January 25th, 2015, from 5 pm to 10 pm. Reservations are welcome.
