He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Rodriquez is also a member of HIMSS and holds the distinction of Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
