VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 8, 2013) - Colombian Mines Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CMJ)(FRANKUFRT:X6C) ("Colombian" or the "Company") announces that pursuant to the Company's stock option plan that 677,176 incentive stock options, exercisable at $0.395 per share, for a period of two years have been granted to directors, officers, employees, an advisor, and a consultant of the Company. The majority of the options granted replace recently expired incentive options.
