Colonnade Management and BridgePort to Merge

Amalgamated Company to Provide Best in Class Real Estate Investment and Operating Platform

OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Nov. 24, 2015) - Colonnade Management Inc. and BridgePort Group of Companies, two of Ottawa's leading real estate management and investment companies, jointly announced today that they have entered an agreement to merge.

The amalgamated company will be better positioned to capitalize on market opportunities to grow the best in class real estate investment and operating platform in the Ottawa/Gatineau region and the Greater Toronto Area. Services will include property management, leasing, development management and asset management.
