Colorado-Based Business Communications Company to Sell Off ISP Business to Focus on Core Solutions Offering

Axess Communications and foreThought.net Agree to Terms for ISP Purchase

LITTLETON, CO--(Marketwire - June 23, 2009) - foreThought.net and Axess Communications today announced that foreThought.net would acquire the Internet Service Provider customer base of Axess Communications.

"foreThought.net is a reliable provider of internet and hosted telephony services, and is the best home for our valued ISP customers," said Jeff Myers, CEO of Axess Communications. "Ensuring the absolute highest level of support and reliability was the most important part of our decision to move these customers to foreThought.net." In addition, this lets Axess Communications focus on its core communications system business. Many of these accounts will remain customers of Axess Communications market-leading PBX and Data services.

"The move is a win-win for Axess Communications ISP customers," added Jawaid Bazyar, President of foreThought.net. Not only we will be able to provide more specialized, focused support for the customer, we will also offer a much broader range of services and support."

In addition to the customer and asset purchase, the companies entered into a strategic alliance by signing an Agency agreement with foreThought.net, which will allow Axess Communications to directly sell foreThought.net's advanced broadband and VoIP services, including its PerfectFone suite of DSL, T1, and Ethernet-based integrated VoIP services. "We expect to have a long, beneficial relationship with Axess Communications, and count ourselves lucky to have such an esteemed partner," concluded Bazyar.
