Columbia Cashes in on Cashdales' Charisma

CLEVELAND, TN--(Marketwired - April 06, 2015) - Today marks the beginning of the Mule Day celebrations in Columbia, TN, and the Cashdales are gearing up for the Mule Day Parade this Saturday, April 11. The Cashdales are a matching team of black and white Clydesdale horses owned by Check Into Cash, a national leader in alternative financial services.

"The Mule Day Parade is one of our favorite stops on tour," said Check Into Cash President Steve Scoggins. "The Cashdales really enjoy the fun atmosphere and the smiling faces."

The parade begins at 11 a.m. and heads north along Carmack Boulevard, turning left onto West 7th Street, and ending at the main gate of Columbia Academy, just past the railroad tracks. In addition to the parade, the Mule Day Festival features entertainment for every age, including traditional music, flea markets, arts and crafts, pool and cornhole tournaments, local Appalachian food, and the Mule Kick 5K race. There will also be a variety of mule shows and competitions throughout the week.

"This will be the Cashdales' third time to march in the Mule Day Parade, so it almost feels like a tradition now," said Scoggins. "If you see the horses in Columbia, be sure to let them know you're a fan."
