Command Information Appoints New Executives to Expanding Team
Key Additions Bring Government, Commercial Expertise to Burgeoning Company

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - May 13, 2008) - Command Information, the premier provider of
next generation network services, today announced the appointments of Scott
Kaine as Executive Vice President of Solutions Enablement, James Bartelloni
as Vice President of Product Development and Sales, and Michael Proper as
Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In these roles, Kaine
and Bartelloni will lead product/service development initiatives within the
company, while Proper will focus on sales strategies for the continued
growth of the organization.

Prior to joining Command, Kaine served as Executive Vice President for
Siteworx, Inc., responsible for managing all aspects of this interactive
design and application development company. Kaine has also held
executive-level positions with companies such as Symphony Consulting Group,
Inc., VeriSign, Inc., Network Solutions, Inc., and MCI. He began his
career as an Officer in the U.S. Army, focused on communications,
logistics, and operations programs.
Bartelloni served as Vice President, Business Development/Marketing for
VTSG, where he developed sales and marketing programs, as well as
formulated strategies required to guide the company's product offerings.
He successfully negotiated the sale of this company to Simigon, LTD in
2007. Prior to that role, he worked as a Regional Manager for The Yankee
Group. Bartelloni began his career by serving 11 years in the U.S. Navy as
TOPGUN qualified, F-14 Naval Aviator.
Proper joins Command Information from Windward Consulting Group, where he
served as Vice President of Federal Solutions. Prior to that role, he was
Senior Vice President of Business Development for SiloSmashers, Inc.,
directly responsible for developing new and maintaining existing business
in the federal and commercial markets. Proper has held sales and business
development positions with companies such as Robbins Gioia, Inc., ON
Technology, LANSystems, and DynCorp. He also served in various capacities
for the U.S. Army.

Kaine holds a BS in Computer Science Management from the U.S. Military
Academy in West Point, NY. Bartelloni received a BS in Mathematics from
the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Proper earned a BA in History
from Western Michigan University, as well as a Program Management
certification from the Defense Acquisition University and is currently
enrolled in the graduate program at American University working on an MBA.
