Command Information Appoints NSA Veteran to Board of Directors

Lieutenant General Minihan Adds Additional Public Sector Experience


HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - April 21, 2008) - Command Information, the premier provider of next generation network services, today announced the appointment of Lieutenant General Kenneth A. Minihan (Ret.) to the company's Board of Directors.

Lt. Gen. Minihan adds more than 45 years of public sector leadership experience including serving as the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Security Service (CSS), as well as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) during the Clinton Administration. He is currently Managing Director of Paladin Capital Group, a Washington, DC-based private equity firm that provides expansion capital for growing companies.

Prior to Lt. Gen. Minihan's service at the NSA, CSS, and DIA, he served the military in various capacities for over 30 years, playing vital roles in the selection of technology solutions to solve national security requirements. In addition, he helped set the standards for information enterprise applications. Among his many awards and decorations are the National Security Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.

From 1999-2005, Lt. Gen. Minihan served as President of the Security Affairs Support Association, and helped found its descendent organization, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance. He is a member of numerous national organizations, including the Air Force Association and the National Military Intelligence Association.

Lt. Gen. Minihan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, a Master of Arts from the Naval Postgraduate School, and completed the Executive Development programs at Harvard and Illinois University.
