Commerce National Bank Announces the Appointment of Phyllis Barr, Vice President, Financial Services Department

With twenty-two years of experience in commercial business banking with a heavy emphasis and expertise in deposit generation, customer relationship building, product development and sales, Ms. Barr brings an extensive background in building and servicing major deposit relationships.
