Commercial Air Time Helps to Push New Purchase Orders for FBC Holding

FBC Interactive's Copper Based Knee Sleeve Receives Favorable Reaction From Commercials Aired on Major Television Networks

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 6, 2014) -  FBC Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FBCD) ("FBC" or the "Company") an international product development company primarily focused on license/creation management and product sales/distribution through DRTV and retail locations, announced that its Health & Wellness Consumer products, copper based technology fabric compression sport sleeve have received favorable reaction from television commercials airing on major networks such as ESPN and NBATV -- contributing to the continued interest in the interactive division's knee sleeve.

 The Copper based technology fabric compression sport knee sleeve has garnered the interest of many major retailers. A portion of the current 1.1 + Million orders secured by FBC Interactive are scheduled to be delivered to several big-box retailers. The Company anticipates that continued commercial exposure on major T.V. networks will greatly assist FBC in generating additional purchase orders for the knee sleeve. Management also expects that the favorable response driving the DRTV market, as well as retail sales, may also prime the consumer market for FBC's other copper based fabric compression sleeves -- applicable to other troubled areas of the body; the elbow, wrist and ankle.
