Commercial Announces First Quarter Sales: 43.4% Increase

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 6, 2006) - COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS INC. ("Commercial" or "Company") (TSX:CSA) today reported strong year-over-year revenue growth for its first quarter ended December 31, 2005.

For the three-month period ended December 31, 2005, the Company reported revenues of $30.0 million versus $20.9 million during the same three-month period the year prior, representing a year-over-year increase of 43.4 percent.

The Company plans to report its financial results prior to the opening of markets on February 14, 2006 at 7:00 a.m.
