Commercial Real Estate Software Provider Apto Expands Leadership Team With New CFO, VP of Sales, and VP of Customer Success


DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2016) - Apto, the leading web-based software platform for commercial real estate brokers, today announced the addition of three new hires to its leadership team, adding Jennifer Panning as Chief Financial Officer, Kerry Hudson as Vice President of Sales, and Josh Forman as Vice President of Customer Success.

Previously, Panning was CFO at TrackVia where she led its worldwide finance strategy and managed corporate administration and human resources. Prior roles include financial leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard and StrataVia. She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Hudson joins Apto from TrackVia, where she led Sales. While at TrackVia, she built out a team-based inside sales organization optimized for direct selling and rapid growth. Prior to that, Hudson helped lead direct and channel sales for McAfee's Cloud Security division. She received a B.A. in Government from Saint Lawrence University.

Forman was previously the VP of Client Services at Avoka and previously led the international Services team at ILANTUS. Prior to joining ILANTUS, he was VP of Customer Success at Symplified. Josh serves on the board of the Entrepreneur's Foundation of Colorado, an organization encouraging social responsibility for startups and is responsible for over two million dollars in donations to local non-profits since 2006. He earned a B.A. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Regis University.
