CommPartners Reports That Its Network Is CALEA Compliant

Company's Nationwide IP Network Originally Designed for Compliance With Requirement Enabling Surveillance by Law Enforcement

CALEA is the 1994 act that requires carriers to enable surveillance of end users of the carrier's network by authorized law enforcement agencies. The FCC recently reaffirmed the May 17, 2007 deadline that VoIP service providers must be compliant by.
